What are the top three things you should look for in your new home?
What are the top three things you should look for in your new home?

➡️ Location, location, location! The location of your home is one thing you can't change. Is your home in your ideal neighborhood, close to family, and a good commute to your job? These are things you must consider before taking the plunge on a new home.

➡️ The home's curb appeal. The curb appeal is how your home is presented from the streets by your neighbors, guests and of course you. Does your home reflect your lifestyle? Is the exterior and roof in good condition? These are things to consider before making an offer.

➡️ Closets and storage. This may seem so minimal, but as your family grows space and storage becomes an important detail. Does your potential home have closets and storage for kids toys, sports equipment, home décor, lawn equipment?
