During the winter, typically inventory is low for home buyers. But have no fear, here are some tips to find a home that fits your need, even in a low inventory market.

✅ Be willing to do some repairs or renovations. This means looking at homes that don't currently meet your exact cosmetic needs, but with some renovations could work for you and your family.

✅ Capture seller contacts at open houses. Open houses are a great way for real estate agents to meet new buyers. Have you thought that these buyers could also be potential sellers? Many will likely need to sell their house first before buying the next house.
