No but really ... What should you do before picking up the phone and calling an agent?

➡️ Get pre-approved. This will allow you to know exactly what you can afford when looking at potential homes.

➡️ Create a wish list. What do you HAVE to have in your new home? This will allow your agent to pull homes that cater to you and your wish list. This will make the process easier and quicker, aka finding your dream home SOONER!
