I gave my client one of my "Mr. Action" T-shirts just for fun. A little while later, she sent me this photo wearing it beside my FOR SALE sign.

I wasn't expecting it, and it genuinely made me smile.

It's clients like this who remind me that real estate is about more than transactions - it's about building relationships, sharing a few laughs, and creating lasting connections.
